It is with deep regret that Tyson and I write this letter, but all good
things must eventually come to an end.  NESCC will be suspending all
activities after our final event on August 13th, until such time that
either someone steps forward to run the club or special events arise
that would be appropriate for NESCC to be a part of.

At our July 3rd event both of us realized that the time had come to step
down.  We have run this club, with the help of many special people for 8
years, much longer than we ever expected to and it has been great.  The
club has grown significantly since we became part of it and we are proud
of this, but when you would rather drive 4 1/2 hours to someone elses
event rather than run your own, it is time to throw in the towel.

We would like to thank everyone who has made this a great club.  NESCC
will not be officially disbanding, just being put on mothballs for the
time being.

We hope everyone that has been a part of this club can come out for
NESCC's event on August 13th for a proper send off.
